About Us
Three women after God's own heart...
Thank you for taking the time to get to know us and what The Daughters of Zion Foundation is all about. We believe knowing who and where you are giving is both important and impactful. We want you to know the heart behind this foundation, the people entrusted with carrying out its mission, and the values that guide the work we do. We are grateful for every person who chooses to learn more, support our mission, or come alongside us as we serve women and our community.

Our Story
The Daughters of Zion Foundation is a newly established, Christ-centered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization devoted to sharing the love of Jesus by walking alongside women in every season of life. Although we are just getting started, we are grateful for every opportunity the Lord gives us to serve, and we look forward to growing in our ability to meet both the spiritual and practical needs of women.
We believe every woman has immeasurable worth because she was created through Jesus, by Jesus, and for Jesus. Her worth is not found in her circumstances or in what she has done, but in the One who loved her enough to lay down His life for her.
Here at DOZ, we believe in going after the one. Whether she knows Christ or has yet to believe in Him, we are committed to meeting her with love and compassion. While we have a special burden for women affected by sex trafficking, prostitution, homelessness, and financial crisis, our doors are open to women from every walk of life.
Through mentorship, discipleship, biblical teaching, providing Bibles, conferences, practical resources, financial assistance, and, as the Lord provides, safe shelter, we seek to help women encounter the love of Christ, discover their God-given identity, and live as beloved daughters of the Most High King.
We desire to follow the example of the early church by freely and generously sharing what God has entrusted to us. As the Lord continues to provide, our prayer is that we will continue to have more to give, more ways to serve, and more opportunities to walk alongside the women He places before us.

Founder & Executive Director
Bria Isaac
Meet Bria!
Bria Isaac is the trusted Founder and Executive Director of The Daughters of Zion Foundation. With her early life beginning in Connecticut in the healthcare field, in the year 2023, she gave her life to Christ and was told by God that she would move to Texas and begin to do ministry full-time in inner healing and deliverance!
Bria is passionate and has a heart for women who have been involved in sex trafficking and prostitution, similar to her personal testimony. God has now led her to use and share her testimony with other women to encourage and support them in leaving this lifestyle. This is how The Daughters of Zion Foundation came about—a cause that He mentioned to her back in 2023, to begin later, that would support His plan of saving many of His daughters from this lifestyle! With this idea, she wants to help provide many different forms of resources, like shelter, jobs, clothing, Christian mentorship, and support in anything else that can be provided through donations and the DOZ community!
Bria is a spiritual mentor and leader, author and CEO, minister, YouTuber, and content creator! She loves Jesus and helping others come to know Him by teaching them about intimacy and submission to the Holy Spirit. Some of her favorite hobbies are being around her friends, spending time with her cat Nala, spending time with God, teaching, having coffee, finding beautiful tea sets, and loving on her community! Her spiritual gifts that she uses for the Kingdom are words of wisdom, the gift of helps, the gift of discernment, the gift of prophecy, and the gift of exhortation!
Bria’s personal anchor scripture is Joshua 1:9: “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

Care Manager & Director of Client Relations
Fredericka Luckett
Meet Fredericka!
Fredericka Luckett is the Care Manager and Director of Client Relations for The Daughters of Zion Foundation. Originally from Mississippi, she is now a Texas resident with an extensive background in social work. She is a 2022 graduate with her master's degree in social work from Jackson State University. She uses her social work background to support DOZ by assisting women with care management and providing helpful resources to take the stress off the family or individual, bringing them peace so they don’t have to worry about what’s next. She does this by taking the resources that she’s found and putting a plan in place so that the individual can have as much clarity as possible in moving forward with their next steps. She is passionate about helping people and advocating for them when they don’t have a voice or the capability to help themselves, and she works diligently to communicate effectively with compassion, which brings a sense of relief and calm during stressful health and life transitions for these women and their families.
Fredericka began following the Lord more closely after encountering deliverance in 2022 and was re-baptized in 2025 to declare that she was ready to take her walk more seriously! She has now been on a dedicated mission to pick up her cross and follow Jesus however He leads! She has a heart to pray and intercede for people and to truly care for and encourage them in what they’re going through or facing.
Fredericka’s favorite hobbies are playing volleyball, learning Spanish, and spending time with friends. Some other hobbies that she’s interested in picking up or growing in are reading and knitting! She is also a member of The Houston Gerontological Society. Her spiritual gifts that she uses for the Kingdom are the gift of helps, the gift of encouragement, the gift of giving, the gift of faith, and the gift of intercession!
