What is Mentorship with DOZ?
Mentorship is a time of intentional guidance, biblical teaching, encouragement, and accountability. We believe there are seasons in life when we can benefit from having someone walk alongside us, share wisdom, help us recognize areas where we need to grow, and encourage us to continue moving forward in the Lord.
There is a difference between mentorship and discipleship. Discipleship is a lifelong journey because we never stop learning, growing, and becoming more like Jesus. Mentorship, however, is for a season. Its purpose is to help you grow in areas where you may need additional guidance and support, with the goal of eventually being able to move forward without that same level of assistance.
Our desire is not for you to become dependent on a mentor, but to help you become more confident in your own relationship with the Lord, develop a greater understanding of His Word, and learn how to apply it to your everyday life. We want to see you grow, overcome challenges, and become equipped to continue walking with the Lord long after your mentorship has ended.

1:1 Mentorship
One-on-one mentorship allows us to work with you individually, focusing on the areas where you need guidance, growth, and accountability. Each session is tailored to your needs and includes biblical teaching, practical assignments, and personal support.
Group Mentorship
Group mentorship gives women the opportunity to learn and grow together. Through biblical teaching, open discussions, assignments, and accountability, we encourage one another while learning how to apply God's Word to our everyday lives.
